The Viking Security Safe VS-100KS is a medium-sized, medium-duty safe constructed with a solid steel body, specifically designed to securely store keys such as car keys, office keys, or site keys. The door of the safe is constructed with 5mm steel, while the body is made of 2mm steel. It features 22mm diameter steel locking bolts for added security.
One unique feature of the VS-100KS key cabinets is the key deposit option located on the side of the safe. This allows keys to be safely deposited inside via the Patent Pending Design Drop Slot. Once inside, a lockable anti-fishing plate prevents unauthorized key removal. The keys are organized on adjustable key hooks, thanks to the internal ladder racking system which can accommodate keys of different lengths.
The safe is equipped with a programmable electronic lock that offers two PIN code options: Master PIN and Employee PIN. In addition, a four-point anchoring kit is provided for secure installation to resist unauthorized removal once installed.
Additional specifications include a powder-coated interior and exterior, aluminum faceplate, and a digital keypad with an LCD display. The interior features an LED light for improved visibility. The safe operates with four AA size batteries and also includes a manual override key system with two keys supplied.
The overall exterior dimensions of the safe are H21.5" x W15.8" x D5.1" and it has a total weight of 47lbs. The safe comes in a sleek gray color and is designed to be pry-resistant with a tightly sealed, seamless laser-cut body. It also includes a motorized 22mm Solid Steel Deadbolts Locking Mechanism, reinforced hinges, and a sound on/off option.
